Mission Statement
The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is a union of 1.2 million members of which 400,000 are of Hispanic descent. I.B.T. General President Sean M. O’Brien, along with the Hispanic Leadership of the Teamsters are working together to ensure that the Hispanic Members have a voice in the Teamsters Labor Movement. The Chicago Chapter of the Teamster Hispanic Caucus was initiated to assist and to help educate under-privileged communities in the Chicago Metropolitan area of the importance of becoming a labor force of organized union employees. We are a non-profit organization.
